@whet @ramsincanon @karlklockars An anecdotal aside on press secretaries: I once briefly met Todd Stroger's guy. He was eager to tell me how he was MUCH more successful than his predecessor. "You're seeing less bad stuff about Todd in the press, right?" he asked, all proud. I shrugged and asked him how he had done it. "We just don't talk to the press anymore," he said.
